6. How to close the support ticket.

As a user, you cannot close a support ticket. Instead, you need to ask a Clydewire team member to close the ticket.
Open the ticket and navigate to the bottom of the ticket. In the reply section, type "Can you close this ticket?" and then hit the blue button with text "Post Reply".
The agent will be notified to close the ticket.
To re-open the ticket, simply reply back to the ticket via email or support system and the ticket will automatically open.
