To check the status of your ticket on the Clydewire support system:
Step 1: Go to the home page.
Step 2: You will see two buttons on the home page. Click on the grey button with title "Check Ticket Status"
Step 3: Enter your email address and ticket number
Step 4: Click on "Email Access Link"
Step 5: If the email address or ticket number is invalid, you should get the message as "Access Denied"
Step 6: If the email address & ticket number is valid, you should receive an email with the access link to the ticket
Step 7: Click on the access link in the email and you should be able to open the ticket without logging in. You can also update the ticket summary, upload any attachments and reply back.
