To open a new ticket via the Clydewire support system, please login first. If this is your first time please register first and then login.
Step 1: Once logged in, go to the home page.
Step 2: You will see two buttons on the home page. Click on the orange button with title "Open a New Ticket"
Step 3: Choose the help topic from the dropdown
Step 4: Add the issue summary and details about the issue. You can also upload files and screenshots by dropping them in the details section or browsing your computer for them.
Step 5: Once done, click on the green button "Create Ticket".
Once the ticket is created, you will receive an acknowledgment email and a support representative will get in touch with you shortly.
